Aggie Square Grand Opening Ceremony

UC Davis, in partnership with Wexford Science & Technology and the City of Sacramento, is proud to announce the official ribbon cutting ceremony for Aggie Square — the region’s dynamic new hub for innovation, research, and community engagement.

The celebration marks the grand opening of Sacramento’s newest innovation district, where researchers, startups, businesses, and community members unite to foster discovery, drive economic growth, and expand opportunity. Aggie Square brings together life sciences, advanced technologies, and education in one collaborative space.

The event will include remarks from distinguished speakers, guided tours of the cutting-edge facilities, and a reception with refreshments. The Open House, beginning at noon, will feature a DJ, immersive activities hosted by Aggie Square tenants, food trucks, and more.
